Secondary School Admission Test

The Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT) is used primarily for admission to boarding schools and military schools in the U.S., Canada, and around the world. Some private secondary schools also accept this test. The SSAT consists of two parts: a brief essay and a multiple-choice aptitude test. The test measures a student's ability to solve mathematics problems, to use language, and to comprehend what they read.

SAT Subject Tests are 20 multiple-choice standardized tests given on individual subjects, usually taken to improve a student's credentials for admission to colleges in the United States. Students typically choose which tests to take depending upon college entrance requirements for the schools to which they are planning to apply. They can take up to three tests in each subject.

GRE

Graduate Record Examinations

The Graduate Record Examinations (GRE) General Test is a multiple-choice admissions test that is required for most graduate schools. In China, the GRE is a split-administration test, which means that the first part, the essay, is taken on the computer, and the second part, verbal and quantitative, is paper-based. In other parts of the world it's a different format so make sure the school you choose offers you the right version.

LSAT

Law School Admission Test

The Law School Admission Test (LSAT) is a multiple-choice test for applicants to law schools. The test is administered by the Law School Admission Council (LSAC). The LSAT is composed of five 35-minute multiple-choice sections and one 35-minute essay. Two of the five multiple-choice sections will be Arguments (Logical Reasoning), one will be Games (Analytical Reasoning), and one will be Reading Comprehension. There will be an experimental section which doesn't count towards your score and may appear in any order during the test. You will not know which section is the experimental section.
